Bay Leaf Beauty Ritual: A Natural DIY Toner for Smoother Skin

DIY Bay Leaf Anti-Aging Tonic

This toner takes just a few minutes of hands-on time and keeps in the fridge for several days.

Ingredients

  • 5 to 7 dried bay leaves
  • 1 and a half cups of water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon rose water or a few drops of vitamin E oil

Instructions

  • Simmer the bay leaves in the water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat, let the liquid cool completely, then strain out the leaves.
  • Stir in the rose water or vitamin E oil if you are using them.
  • Pour into a clean glass bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
